ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
SALES REPRESENTATIVE IS TO CONSULT AND/OR SELL CONSTRUCTION/ROOFING SERVICES BY
UTILIZING THE GUIDELINES SET FORTH IN ASAP ROOFING’S ORDER OF OPERATIONS WHILE
APPLYING AND ADHERING TO ASAP ROOFING’S 5 CORE VALUES.
• Responsible for the safety of themselves and the responsible parties (the customer) inquiring about services
before, during and after every job.
• Responsible for turning in all new hire paperwork before representing ASAP.
• Responsible for gas, car/truck, and any other tools/equipment needed to fulfill the sales qualifications for
ASAP Roofing.
• Responsible for canvassing 5 days per week a minimum of 4 hours, attending 2 networking events per month
and forming beneficial business relationships in the community. 2 Saturday's canvassing per month
required.
• Must fill out KPI forms weekly to track productions numbers that are expected above.
• Responsible for negotiating services, signing contracts, and completing services as agreed on the contract
signed by the sales representative for ASAP Roofing and the responsible party (the homeowner).
• NOT allowed to Hire any other contractors to do work for Asap Roofing without consulting a ASAP Roofing
manager.
• Responsible for reporting all problems or issues that arise before, during or after ANY job to an ASAP
Roofing manager immediately.
• Responsible for taking all photos necessary for supplements.
• Responsible for being at job site to start project, collecting first check before project begins, ensuring
correct materials are on site and the crew has all necessary details to complete project to the customer’s
satisfaction.
• Must perfrom final walk through with customer after each project is complete and get customer approval
and signature on job walk form.
• Must coordinate with A/R manager on collecting final payment from the customer.
• Responsible for their own actions and outcomes throughout the sales process.
• Required to upload all customers and projects into Acculynx.
• Must coordinate with production manager to get any job ordered and scheduled. In order to get a job
scheduled all required documents must be in the file and on Acculynx. (Contract, scope sheet, TPA, order
form, insurance docs or estimate, customer expectation form).
• Coordinate with production manager on ensuring in house supplies are delivered to job site.
• Responsible for bringing all leftover materials back to warehouse and/or supplier after job completion.
